“Maguire Is The Hardest Opponent I Have Faced in My Entire Life”: De Gea Cries Out

"Maguire Is The Hardest Opponent I Have Faced in My Entire Life": De Gea Cries Out

“Harry Maguire Is The Hardest Opponent I Have Faced in My Entire Life”, Man Utd Goalkeeper David De Gea Cries Out.

I feel sorry for de Gea. He is the direct victim of Maguire’s reckless defending.

De Gea said: “In my career, I have played against prime Ronaldo, prime Messi, Aguero, Luis Suarez, Neymar, and MBappe… However, none strikes fear in my heart more than Maguire.

It makes me so happy that this man is United’s captain. He represents everything they are as a club in 2022. Overpaid, over-hyped, embarrassing, crap.  It looks like Maguire’s ultimate job is to stop De Gea from keeping a clean sheet.

Check out the video below on Maguire mistakes, Maguire bad defending, and Maguire errors leading to goals.

My favorite” Maguire moment off all time is where he tears down Shaw who is about to clear the ball, and leaves a loose ball for the opposition (Tottenham) to score.

“When you have Maguire in your team, you are 1-0 down already”- Man Utd Teammates lambast their captain.

“If you can’t play for your team, play for your opponents- Maguire said.

“Even my own captain is trying to score against me”, De Gea on Maguire.

I love Maguire! As a captain, he trained his teammate well, especially de gea, by making every match more intensive, he wants his teammate to learn it in a hard way! Truly legend 👍

David de Gea has made more saves than any other goalkeeper this season. That fact alone tells you how ineffective Maguire is!

Southampton coach exposes Maguire and United weakness

‘It is no big secret that when Man United lose the ball their reverse gear is not always the best from everybody,’ he explained.
‘The longer the game was going, the more you are chipping them in the first line and then you can play over this first line and then you have space.

‘You then have the chance to create something and this is what we did.’

United fans have seen this all too frequently. Fixing it would not seem like rocket science.

There is one glaringly obvious flaw in United’s defensive organisation, and that is, if you push up with a high line – as United generally do – then you need at least one of two things.

First, fast defenders are needed, who can recover quickly when possession is lost and the opponent ‘plays over this first line’ as Hasenhuttl put it. They need to be able to turn quickly, accelerate quickly and run quickly.

As many are keen to point out, Harry Maguire possesses none of the above attributes.

The alternative, although ideally you would have both, is for the keeper to be alert to the counter attack and operate as a sweeper keeper.

This is How Manchester United will Play Under Erik Ten Hag Reign

This is How Manchester United will Play Under Erik Ten Hag

Man Utd Revolution: This is How Manchester United will Play Under Erik Ten Hag’s Management.

The biggest difference for Erik will be the time on the ball. Unlike the dutch league Eredivisie, the English Premier League is so much more punishing of possession, it requires flawless tactics and pace of play to work around the pressing and physicality of the league. It’s not a coincidence that Ajax lost to United in the EL final and Spurs in the CL semis: English teams are a nightmare.

Does ten Hag use Gegenpress?

Former Ajax coach Erik Ten Hag comes to United as a much-admired manager who uses gegenpress and tiki taka so well — he is someone who has worked under Pep Guardiola (at Bayern Munich), has helped nurture some of Europe’s best young players, and has a philosophy influenced as much by the Dutch “Total Football” school of thought as it is by Pep Guardiola’s way of playing football.

He is the right man but there are slightly changes he needs to make such as getting a reliable centre back.

Ten Hag Explains His Style of Play to Manchester United

How will Man United will Play Under Erik Ten Hag’s Reign?

If Man United new manager Ten hag is really a football genius, he will find spaces and score lots of goals – just like he was doing at Ajax.

Exciting news from England as Ajax boss Erik ten Hag joins Manchester United as a new head coach from next season! Which players are the Red Devils gonna sign first, what does it mean to Cristiano Ronaldo, and how will the team’s tactics change under the Dutch Guardiola?

When Pep Guardiola was coming to Man City, many people said that the premier League is too hard, so he can’t possess the ball anymore or play his style and be successful. But Pep is now dominating the EPL. Erik could do much better at Man Utd.

AC Milan won Serie A without any big signings or superstars. They Had Only one Motivator called Zlatan. They became champions of Italy. Ajax won the league without any superstars. Hope Ronaldo motivate United boys next season and make Erik Ten Hag proud in his first season.

How does ten Hag like to play?

With his defenders, Man Utd boss Ten Hag likes technically gifted players, ball-playing centre-backs, and prefers to play out from the back. With Frenkie De Jong and defenders such as Harry Maguire, Varane and Victor Lindelof at Man United, they could work well in his system.

When Ralf Rangnick was appointed manager of Man U, supporters would study and get excited about his tactics because of the poor way they were playing under Ole and we all know how that turned out. It’s nice to learn about EtH’s tactics but this is Man U you are talking about, an extremely toxic football club, where the saying ‘Nobody is bigger than the club’ has been completely reversed with the players.

What formation does ten Hag play?

He does play the 4-3-3 formation lineup. Brilliant tactician Ten Hag prefers a 4-3-3 formation. That is the formation Manchester City, Liverpool and many of Europe’s other top clubs use.

This is How Manchester United will Play Under Erik Ten Hag

it’s all about high intensity pressing non-stop and counterattacking,

Unless ERIK has been promised complete control of the team, transfers etc. If he hasn’t then i’m afraid it’s broken record time. The board will dictate and they’ll be a shit show no matter who’s in charge. you wait, if Ten Hag gets his first loss, all the ex players will come out and say “Should have got Pochettino”. Another clue to see if he gets full control is in the summer transfers if Kane or Rice are mentioned, then thats also the board wanting a ‘Big name’ for shirt sales and social media not a player half the price that fits into EtH’s system.

When Ole arrived most of his wins were attributed to Ander Herrera who was always doing great job in the midfield Players must tackle and they should also learn from their mistakes, they don’t support one another on the field and always exposing our defence . A team is interconnected nodes and therefore needs each node doing it’s job and supporting one another.

Darwin Nunez Goes Crazy Over Man Utd Link-Up with Cristiano Ronaldo

Darwin Nunez Goes Crazy Over Man Utd Link-Up

Benfica Striker Darwin Nunez Goes Crazy Over Man Utd Link-Up with Veteran Forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

Per the United Stand, Man Utd and Cristiano Ronaldo could be the key to a Darwin Nunez transfer according to reports.

When you think about why wouldn’t a young upcoming striker want to come to United, it’s literally set out PERFECTLY for Darwin Nunez to come in now, he gets to spend a season learning from the greatest striker to ever live knowing that the season after the role is all his.

Nunez would be a great addition but conceding goals was a big issue last season. The only fear is that Nunez will only come to Man U if no other team playing champions league next season don’t want him. All this “I love Ronaldo the GOAT is  probably rubbish. We don’t need forced signings, we need players who genuinely want to come, at the moment that looks like a short list.

Rashford’s attitude and form this year was abominably unforgivable this year. The guy never tracks back or even tries to defend, along with being so damn selfish, never passing, just dribbling right into defenders or shooting from 30 yards out. Complete joke this year.

Darwin Nunez Goes Crazy Over Man Utd Link-Up

if ten Hag gets nunez, he might move sancho to rw, but if he is spending 70mil on de jong and can’t spend another 70+mil on a defender, the problem is not solved.

Who said Nunez cannot start at Man Utd? Play Ronaldo on the left: that is what he prefers, and play Sancho on the right, then Nunez in the middle. Ronaldo plays better on the left. He was playing on the left with Sir Alex, left with Real Madrid and Sancho also play right in Dortmond.

At the age of 37, most footballers would be starting to think about retirement. Not Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Manchester United striker, who returned to the club from Juventus almost a year ago, continues to perform at the very peak of his powers, as highlighted by his tally of 24 goals this season in a team that often failed to entertain those watching. Although, bizarrely, he has been described as ‘the problem’ behind United’s demise this season by some, the truth is, it does not bear thinking about where the club would have finished without him.

Darwin Nunez Eyes Premier League Title with Manchester United

Darwin Nunez Eyes Premier League Title with Manchester United

Uruguayan Striker Darwin Nunez Eyes Premier League Title with ten Hag’s Manchester United

Recent reports suggest that Manchester United are “extremely close” to signing Darwin Núñez from Benfica but is he the right target? You only need to look at his style of play, strengths and weaknesses before theorising how he could fit into Erik Ten Hag’s starting eleven. But what do you think? Is Darwin Núñez the right striker target?

What people are failing to see is Ten Hag’s competence as a Coach. He isn’t Ole who doesn’t go for training his players. Ten Hag turned a bang average forward like Sebastian Haller into one of the most lethal strikers in Europe. Nunez will only get better at Old Trafford.

Darwin Nunez Eyes Premier League Title with Manchester United

Born in Artigas, Uruguay on the 24th June 1999, Darwin Gabriel Nunez Ribeiro is a full Uruguayan international who plays for Benfica. Starting at amateur side La Luz, Nunez was signed by CA Peñarol in 2013 at 14 years old. Two seasons, 22 appearances and 4 goals later, Nunez was sold to UD Almeria in the Spanish second tier for around 12 million pounds.

Directly involved in 18 goals in 30 appearances in his proper season in the starting eleven, Nunez was snapped up by Benfica ahead of the 2020-2021 season for 22 million. Starting life in Portugal as more of a creator, the current, and his, second season for Benfica has been much more prolific, scoring 20 goals in 22 Liga Portugal appearances.

So what’s next for the Uruguayan hitman? Following his Champions League heroics against Ajax, carrying Benfica through to the quarter finals for the first time in 5 years, Darwin Nunez is reportedly being chased by most of Europe with Man utd tipped as favorites. If reports are to be believed, Dortmund, AC Milan and Bayern Munich are all monitoring his progress, meanwhile Newcastle, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all supposedly interested. Of the clubs interested, a move to Manchester United to play as the long term number 9, replacing Mason Greenwood/Cristiano Ronaldo and compatriot Edinson Cavani would be smart moves, giving Nunez time to keep improving without the pressure of challenging for league titles. Still only 22, Darwin Nunez is still learning his trade and whilst he’s ready for a new challenge, a big move too soon could stunt his development.
