It was a challenging night for the French contingent in the NBA on MLK Day, but one standout performance came from Moussa Diabaté, who lit up the scoreboard with 10 points against the Mavericks.
NBA Night Recap
Tidjane Salaün
Unfortunately, there was no Tidjane Salaün on the court to take on the Mavericks, as the young star was sent down to the G-League by the Hornets.
Moussa Diabaté
Moussa Diabaté made his presence known, dropping 10 points against Dallas, highlighted by a jaw-dropping alley-oop dunk right over Daniel Gafford. Talk about making an entrance!

Rudy Gobert
Gobzilla had a rough outing against the Grizzlies, managing only four points and four rebounds in a tough loss. It’s probably best for the big man to move on swiftly from this one.
Pacôme Dadiet
Pacôme Dadiet remained on the bench for the entire matchup against the Hawks. Let’s hope his seat was extra comfy.
Zaccharie Risacher
Still sidelined with a groin injury, the top pick from the last draft was not in uniform to face the Knicks. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery!
Nicolas Batum
Nicolas Batum couldn’t work his superhero magic to rescue the Clippers from a disastrous defeat against Chicago, but he still managed to grab six rebounds and swat two shots right in the Bulls’ faces. At this point, we’ll take any silver linings we can find!
