Female Judge Jennifer Dorsey threw out the case brought by Kathryn Mayorga of Nevada, who alleged she was assaulted by the Portuguese soccer star in a Las Vegas.
In a 42-page ruling released Friday, the judge accused Mayorga’s attorneys of “abuses and flagrant circumvention of the proper litigation process” and said that as a result, “Mayorga loses her opportunity to pursue this case.”..

American honorable judge Jennifer Dorsey ruled that ms Kathryn Mayorga’s suit was based on “purloined” confidential documents obtained by her attorney, which “tainted” her case. The documents surfaced through Football Leaks, a soccer version of WikiLeaks that disclosed confidential information and documents.
Her lordship Jennifer Dorsey said that Mayorga’s lawyer, Leslie Mark Stovall, engaged in “bad-faith conduct,” highlighting that Stovall “deliberately sought out his adversary’s hacked, internal, privileged communications” and then “used them to fashion the very basis of Mayorga’s claims.”

Although Dorsey dismissed the case with no option to file another suit in the future, Mayorga has the option to appeal Dorsey’s decision to the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, according to The Associated Press.
Overall, Kathryn Mayorga’s lawsuit against Ronaldo was dismissed becaused her lawyer Stovall illegally obtained documents related to the sexual assault case from Football Leaks. Judge Dorsey ruled that those documents were confidential and privileged and therefore inadmissible as evidence.
“Stovall’s repeated use of stolen, privileged documents to prosecute this case has every indication of bad-faith conduct,” the judge added. “And because the record shows that he and Mayorga have extensively reviewed these documents and used them to fashion the very basis of Mayorga’s claims, simply disqualifying Stovall will not purge the prejudice from their misuse.

CR7’s accuser Mayorga claimed that Man Utd star Ronaldo raped her in Las Vegas in June 2009, an accusation that Ronaldo has denied. He has maintained that they had consensual sex.
According to The Associated Press, which cited police and prosecutors, Mayorga went to Las Vegas police at the time, but the investigation was dropped “because Mayorga neither identified her alleged attacker by name nor said where the incident took place.” Mayorga later claimed that she was discouraged from disclosing details, but the lack of information prevented local police from conducting a more in-depth investigation at the time.

In August 2010, Mayorga agreed to receive a $375,000 settlement from Ronaldo in exchange for not discussing the case publicly.
In September 2018, in the midst of the MeToo movement, Mayorga filed a civil lawsuit in state court that contained claims of battery and emotional distress, among other allegations.
As part of the civil case, she needed to prove the non-disclosure agreement no longer applied. In addition to claiming she did not have the capacity to agree to it at the time.
Mayorga’s lawsuit, in which she sought $25 million in damages, led to Las Vegas police reopening their investigation.

The BBC reported that a US judge has finally dismissed a rape allegation lawsuit against Cristiano Ronaldo because the accuser’s lawyer relied on leaked and stolen records.
American ex model Kathryn Mayorga alleges that the Manchester United footballer raped her at a Las Vegas hotel in 2009.
CR7 denies the allegations and has never been charged.
Mayorga reportedly reached an out-of-court settlement with the star in 2010, but has been seeking millions more than the $375,000 (£304,000) she received.
Ms Mayorga said that while she had agreed to the settlement shortly after the alleged incident, her emotional trauma at the time did not allow her to participate in the mediation process, and she felt pressured to accept the offer.
Before filing her complaint, Ms Mayorga’s lawyer, Leslie Stovall, received “ill-gotten” information and documents which were confidential and privileged, US District Judge Jennifer Dorsey wrote.

I have been saying this for weeks now. If United were under any other manager especially Southgate, they would be fighting for relegation right now. The problem at United is not Ten Hag but the players.
People keep saying that Ten Hag’s style of football at United is not attractive and no identity but there is so much that a manager can do if the players themselves are not good enough or not putting enough effort. Ten Hag’s Ajax were playing attractive football and he managed to get them to the SF of the CL.
Without him, look at Ajax now. And the media keep pushing their agenda to get Ten Hag sack and replace him with a much worse manager like Southgate. If Ten Hag is managing England right now, with the players they have, we won’t see such a passive football like we saw yesterday vs Brazil. Ask Liverpool fans, would they replace Klopp with Southgate? I rest my case.

For Liverpool fans: don’t say that we lost to Manchester United because Jota Trent Alisson and jones didn’t play. We have to stop doing that every time a team loses a big game it’s very stupid because had you won, you wouldn’t be saying that. Don’t forget that when y’all drew 0-0 to them at home Trent Alisson and Jones started. Keep in mind how well they’ve been playing despite having lots of injuries they almost beat Manchester City’s full strength squad last week.
Also, you lose to Manchester United, 2 fringe players for them decided the game for them, Liverpool didn’t play well and a loss is a loss you have to accept it otherwise you’re a sole loser and are unwilling to take it.
It’s interesting how nothing much is said about the mistakes made by Liverpool, but all criticism is piled on Bruno; how supposedly poor he was.

Most fans want ETH out because of his poor tactics and substitutions. I also felt he should be braver to drop non-performing players irrespective of names, and even play academy players if he has to.
Now I’m ETH in because I realise from Rooney’s and Ole’s recent interviews that the mentality of these players are incredibly low and it’s no longer just speculation that the players can’t cope on this stage.
I can understand ETH saying positive things and coming off as “crazy” but if you have players who are weak minded and aren’t willing to fight, you can’t be tough cos they’ll cave and where does that leave you for the rest of the season?! I rather come across as insane to the media but hope that I’m lifting the team enough to get a string of performances to save my job and give the fans at least something to cheer about until I can have a summer clear out.
