Cristiano Ronaldo Ready to Join Man City in a Mouthwatering Deal As He Leaves Juventus
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, former Man Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo is closer to joining bitter rivals Man City in a mouthwatering deal after asking to leave Juventus with immediate effect. Financial crisis have forced Juve to consider letting go CR7, thanks to his astronomical annual salary of 31 million euros.
Juventus are willing to sell the striker ahead of his contract expiring next summer but are not prepared to budge on their £25million valuation.
90 Minutes said Cristiano Ronaldo is willing to take a huge wage drop in order to facilitate a possible move to Manchester City. The 36-year-old decided earlier this summer he felt he should leave Turin, despite having a year left on his current deal with Juventus.

If Ronaldo joins Man City, he’s no longer going to be respected as a Manchester United legend. But that’s not his fault since Ole’s United did not try to bring him back home.
Cristiano has won serie A league and Laliga titles, and he won champions league with Manchester united and Real Madrid. Could he do it with Pep Guardiola? Only time will tell.

Sources close to Juventus have confirmed to 90min they have been left ‘disappointed’ by Ronaldo’s stance and, although accepting of it, they will not allow him to leave unless it is on their terms – which means they need to sell him and recoup some money in order to satisfy tax issues that could emerge with his departure.
We have been told City do not want to pay any money for Ronaldo and have made that clear to Mendes – which is another reason that a possible pay packet for the Portuguese superstar could be as little as £250,000-a-week.

It’s interesting hearing ten hag speaking on rashford because he mentions a lot of qualities which he possesses, however they are all physical and technical, the one thing he didn’t speak positively about was his mentality and for me this is what has always separated Rashford from the very best.
In football and sport as a whole mentality is the one thing you need more than anything, it’s what separates the good from the great and I don’t know if rashford has that real hunger and desire in him to be great. The kind of desire where you’re willing to get hurt to score a goal.
