Antony Ex Gabriela Cavallin to File Police Case: Next Mason Greenwood?
According to Spanish media outlet Marca, Antony’s ex girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin reported that she intends to file complaints against Antony in England as well: “I will do whatever it takes. I will go to England to denounce the aggression, the lack of help, the illegal detention, the psychological abuse, everything he did to me.”
Is Antony the Next Mason Greenwood?
Gabriela, a popular DJ, who lived with Antony in Amsterdam when he played for Ajax and in Manchester when he joined United, says she was first abused by the Man Utd winger last year in Brazil.
Yet another Manchester United winger is in legal hot water and this time it is Antony. The Brazilian attacker was recently accused of domestic violence, threat, and bodily injury by a woman named Gabriella Cavallin and she seems to have brought receipts with her!

Gabriella Cavallin is a Brazilian woman who Antony dated in 2022, and she came out recently to make some allegations against the 23-year-old Manchester United winger in a television interview. The lady had a lot to say in her interview.

A legal expert told SportsFila “People should let the police handle this Antony and his ex Gabriela’s matter, rather than completely damaging someone’s career like with Mason Greenwood as charges have been dropped ; so we don’t really know if he was guilty or not, but people still continue to judge him”. I’m not defending Greenwood at all (I don’t have an opinion on the situation there was some limited evidence against him that was quite evident that could not prove him guilty), what I’m saying is we should wait for the full story and we’ll see what happens there..
Cavallin said she needed stitches to her breast after Antony allegedly injured her.
Antony has now responded with the following statement on his Instagram account, saying he was ‘falsely accused’ and has been ‘suffering in silence’ as investigations continue.
He wrote: ‘For you, after submitting my statement at the police station where the investigation involving my name is being conducted, I wanted to speak publicly for the first time since I was falsely accused of assault.
‘I stayed silent until this moment so that nothing could interfere with the investigation process, but during all these days my family and I suffered in silence.
‘Despite being born and raised in a very needy community, I have never been through a situation similar to this, in which a false assault charge resulted in a preliminary and unfair public judgement on the part of some.
‘After the closure of the investigation, my innocence will certainly be proven and justice will prevail. The damage initially caused to my image will be in the past.
‘Thank you for the countless messages of support received at this very difficult time.’, Antony wrote.
United, who signed Antony from Dutch club Ajax for £87million last year, declined to comment on the allegations but are understood to be investigating the matter.
In the interview with Brazil’s Record TV, Cavallin told journalist Roberto Cabrini that she had first suffered the alleged abuse last year
‘He threw water on me, started kicking me, grabbed me by the hair, butted my head and made a cut,’ Cavallin said.
‘He held me by both arms, threw me on the bed and fell on top of me.
‘At that, my silicone prosthesis dislocated. At the time, it gave me such a shortness of breath that it looked like I was going to die.’
Cavallin had also claimed that Antony had made her a prisoner in their home and not allowed her to leave.
‘He broke my suitcase, took my handbag, my passport. He broke my mobile phone, he wouldn’t let me go,’ Cavallin said.
‘I was a prisoner from 10pm to almost 3.30am. I call it private captivity. I just wanted to get out of there and he told me that I wouldn’t leave until I erased everything.
‘I think his mother called his physiotherapist and asked for help. No one could control it.’

Always stuck with me considering he let Mainoo debut against Everton (after the 10 point deduction at an intense Goodison Park) and then straight into the Galatasaray away game in the CL. H
He also has done the same with Garnacho last year and this year. Then he did the same with Pellistri against Bayern Munich who in my opinion did well enough to deserve another chance. I think it’s a way for him to see how they respond to the pressure and intensity. He’s not afraid to play the youngsters ONLY if he considers them good and fearless enough.

The man deserves all the praise in the world for being so resilient.
It’s interesting hearing ten hag speaking on rashford because he mentions a lot of qualities which he possesses, however they are all physical and technical, the one thing he didn’t speak positively about was his mentality and for me this is what has always separated Rashford from the very best.
In football and sport as a whole mentality is the one thing you need more than anything, it’s what separates the good from the great and I don’t know if rashford has that real hunger and desire in him to be great. The kind of desire where you’re willing to get hurt to score a goal.
